i learned to ride a bike when i was a single-digit age, that’s all i can remember, so it was a couple of years ago. it was in the basketball court of my condominium and my mum taught me. i looooooove cycling, it is actually so fun if you ignore all the sores you get afterwards from your butt sitting on the set for too long and your hand gripping the handlebars too hard.
and you know how they say you have to fall to really learn how to ride a bike
well i’ve never fallen off a bike before
never gotten any major cuts or bruises thanks to biking
gotten close to some scary experiences but i always turn out okay in the end
unlike my brother who used to have wounds the size of the 50 sen coin
but yeah
and my dad doesn’t let me go cycling anymore so that’s a pity

Transporter Room Three, 2013.
The afternoon sun and indoor lighting playing together in one of the Vancouver Aquarium’s tanks. The combination of rays and sparkle reminded me of the transporter effect from Star Trek: The Next Generation.
